What it costs, what is included, and what happens when the trial ends.

How much does RestroManage cost?+
Bistro starts at AUD 19 per location per month and focuses on customer online ordering. Brasserie and Signature progressively add restaurant operations, reporting, attendance, inventory, and integrations. Enterprise is priced and assigned by our team for groups and chains. Live prices and inclusions are always shown in the plan cards.
Is billing per location or per user?+
Per location. You can add as many staff accounts as you need at no extra cost, with roles for owner, manager, kitchen, cashier, and waiter. A restaurant with two branches pays for two locations.
Do you take a commission on orders?+
No. You keep 100 percent of every order value. The only transaction cost is the standard processing fee charged by your payment processor, which goes to them and not to us.
How long is the free trial and do I need a card?+
Plans include the first 6 months free by default. Trial length is configured per plan, so the current duration shown on each plan card is authoritative. You only enter payment details when you decide to continue.
Which features are included in each plan?+
Bistro provides online ordering, its supporting menu and storefront tools, product availability, and a custom domain. Brasserie adds the core restaurant operating toolkit and accounting integrations. Signature adds advanced integrations and controls. Enterprise enables the full active feature catalogue by default and can be tailored by our team.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?+
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. There is no lock in contract and no cancellation fee.
Do I need to buy hardware on top of the subscription?+
No. RestroManage runs in a browser on the phones, tablets, and computers you already own. Thermal receipt printers and tablet stands are supported if you want them, but nothing extra is required to run your restaurant.
How are payments processed and secured?+
Stripe handles all subscription billing and in store payments, including Stripe Terminal for card present tap to pay. Card details never touch our servers.
