RestroManage is operated by two entities:

  • EU / Germany: ZAHA Global GmbH, Adolfstraße 32, 52134 Herzogenrath, Germany
  • Australia: Intercarrier Pty Ltd, ABN 16 662 576 641

Your data is processed by the entity relevant to your location. EU and EEA customers are covered by GDPR protections under ZAHA Global GmbH.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Name, email, phone number, restaurant name and address
  • Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited
  • Transaction data: Orders, payments (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data)
  • Communications: Support tickets, emails you send to us

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

  • Contract performance (6(1)(b)): Account creation, order processing, subscription management
  • Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)): Security monitoring, fraud prevention, product improvement
  • Legal obligation (6(1)(c)): Tax records, fiscal compliance (TSE in Germany)
  • Consent (6(1)(a)): Marketing emails (opt-in only)

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany (Frankfurt/Munich data centres). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use field-level encryption for sensitive personal data (name, email, phone, address).

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing (SCCs in place for international transfers)
  • Mailgun Technologies Inc. — Transactional email delivery
  • Firebase / Google LLC — Push notifications

6. Your Rights

EU residents have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right of access (Article 15)
  • Right to rectification (Article 16)
  • Right to erasure (Article 17)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18)
  • Right to data portability (Article 20)
  • Right to object (Article 21)
